I noticed that all of the videos especially newer ones are all encoded with H264 and NOT H265. Why is that? and When are you guys going to be able to reencode these videos with H265 to bring down the ridiculous file sizes? These videos that are upwards of 35-40+ GB should be around 12-18GB max. Every other site is using H265 and have higher picture quality videos with longer run times with much smaller file sizes.

Hey sorry for long answer, we have all encoded files: H264 and H265(HEVC), but it not affects file size.
admin where are the H265 files then? And that isnt true. H265 definitely reduces file size compared to H264.

admin the full file sizes are unjustifiable. Every other vr site has same or higher quality with half the file size and the scene is longer.
Then its not true h.265 H265 will have better quality and lower file size...why even have hvec if its the same file size as your h.264? Pointless.
